Multiple Coating Processes
Jensen Powder Finishers systems can handle most powders. Our multiple-oven, continuous-line system, allows for two coatings (typically a primer and a topcoat) applied to the same substrate in one pass which enhances the appearance of the finish while providing superior protection. This process enhances durability and longevity and improves color accuracy.
- Polyester TGIC Coatings are excellent all-purpose, cost-effective coatings with a wider range of color, gloss and special effect possibilities.
- TGIC-free Coatings eliminate TGIC while providing ease of application and higher transfer efficiencies.
- Super Durable Powder Coatings are high-performance coatings commonly used where extreme weather resistance is required and uses resins which offer superior UV durability.
