Different types of powder coats such as acrylics, epoxy coatings, TGIC polyesters, and others have different looks and protection abilities. Jensen Powder Finishers can help you select the materials and process to best meet your needs. We’ll work closely with you to understand your project requirements, timeline and budget constraints, offering tailored solutions to meet your needs.

1. Let us know about your project

• The best place to start is on this site. Use our Request a Quote form and tell us about your project.
• Include PDF drawings and any other specifications.
• You can also call with any questions and speak directly to a sales representative or request a visit to our facility.

2. We will provide a quote

• A sales representative will review your request, ask any questions that might help us get the clearest possible understanding of your needs and suggest ways you can save time or money.
• If more information is needed, we will get in touch over email, phone or set up an in-person meeting and you’re always welcome to visit our facility.
• Once we have a shared understanding of scope, a quote will be produced and sent.

3. A planning stage to make sure we understand your needs

• Please review the quote and be sure we’ve answered all your questions. If anything is unclear, don’t hesitate to call or email anytime.
• Approve the quote and send us a purchase order ahead of your parts. This allows us to be sure the proper powder is on hand and we’re ready to go.
• Our sales representative will discuss and confirm lead time expectations.
• Our coordination team finalizes schedule.

4. Expert preparation, painting & inspection

• Your job makes its way through our exhaustive prep process including any required media blasting, masking and pre-finishing.
• The selected paint is applied and cured according to specifications to provide a beautiful finish.
• We perform a 100% first and last piece inspection and periodic inspections at every step of finishing.
• Throughout the process, our customer service department will keep you up to date on the project’s schedule, relay any notes on improvements or problems, and provide support and solutions for any issues along the way.
  

5. Completion & shipping

• If required, your product undergoes light or complex assembly, kitting and/or custom packaging.
• Your product is packaged and labelled for shipping.
• Your product is shipped.
• We offer free delivery on dedicated Jensen trucks throughout Southeastern Wisconsin or can arrange commercial transportation to meet your needs.
